Whatyou’lldo

• End-to-End IC Process Management: Oversee andexecutetheentireincentivecompensation process-from sales crediting and IC plan design to goal setting and bonus calculations.
• DevelopandmaintaintheinputfilesfortheIC system, including raw sales data, goals, alignment,andeligibilitycriteria.
• Work closely with US HC clients to understand deliverable requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in every report
• Collaboratewithcross-functionalteamsto refine IC processes and integrate best practices, driving operational excellence
• Produce client-ready deliverables such as IC reports,scorecards,HQreports,andotherkey outputs.

• Candidates with a bachelor's degree in engineeringand5+yearsofstronganalytics experience
• Stronganalyticalskillswithakeeneyefordetailtoensuredataintegrityandprocessaccuracy
• Solidunderstandingofsalescrediting,ICplans, goal setting, and bonus calculation methodologies.
• ProvenexperienceincreatinginputfilesforIC systems - including raw sales, goals, alignment,andeligibilitydata - andgenerating polished output files (IC reports, scorecards, HQ reports).
• ExperiencewithICdesignprinciplesandHealth Check processes, including fairness testing, financial modelling, and Monte-Carlo simulations.
