What we are looking for
Are you passionate about uncovering insights from patient-level data to shape better outcomes in life sciences? At ProcDNA, we’re growing our Patient Analytics Team and are looking for a Senior Analyst with 1+ years of hands-on experience in patient journey analytics within the pharma space.
What you’ll do
- Seeking an individual experienced in leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to address healthcare/pharma industry challenges.
- Develop and validate patient-level datasets by integrating claims, EMR, and specialty pharmacy data
- Translate complex data into actionable insights to support brand, access, and medical strategies •Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, market access, and field operations
- Contribute to building internal accelerators for cohort identification, line-of-therapy analytics, and patient journey visualization.
Must have
- 1-2.5 years of experience in patient-level analytics across indications, brands, or life cycle stages
- Strong analytical and SQL skills; experience with Python is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with a strong ability to create and present clear, data driven narratives
- Experience working with longitudinal data sources (e.g., claims, EMR, SP Hub)
- Strong communication skills with theability to distill complex data into strategic insights
