Are you a medical sales professional who enjoys combining commercial development with clinical education?
Proclinical is working alongside an established international medical technology company, is seeking a Medical Sales Representative to develop hospital accounts across Warsaw and the surrounding region. Working with an adult and neonatal respiratory care portfolio, you will help healthcare professionals adopt technologies and practices that improve patient care. The role combines account development, clinical education and tender-based selling within a collaborative team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with doctors, nurses, procurement teams and other hospital stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and introduce products into new clinical settings.
- Deliver product training and clinical education across respiratory, emergency and intensive care departments.
- Support tender preparation and negotiations, working closely with an experienced customer services team.
- Manage your territory independently and contribute to shared team objectives.
Most customer activity will be within Warsaw, with travel to surrounding areas and occasional conferences or workshops.
Key Skills and Requirements:
- Experience in medical device or healthcare sales, ideally involving consumables or respiratory care.
- Confidence discussing clinical information and evidence with healthcare professionals.
- Strong relationship-building, account management and commercial skills.
- Familiarity with hospital procurement and tender processes.
- Fluent Polish and sufficient English to participate in international meetings and training.

Salary:
- €40,000 to €45,000 per annum.
