Overview of the job

• This role is that of a brand manager, designated to working on Media management of the assigned brands.

• This role supports and assists in planning and executing brand strategies and brand media strategies within the team or organization. The focus is on specific tasks or segments within a category with clearly defined and narrow objectives. The role requires identifying, defining, and analyzing brand challenges and opportunities.

• The role requires a good understanding of media and the ability to link it closely to brand/business needs and outcomes across traditional media, digital, social and e-com.
• Stakeholder management, business analysis and staying up to date on media landscape and evolution are essential in this role.
• This role reports to Brand directors, working closely with 2 teams - the central media operations teams as well as brand teams.

• Business delivery linked to media building blocks
• Define the role of media as per brand Job to be done.
• Measure impact of media across traditional, digital, social and e-com.
• Ensure right assets presence and strategy by platform.
• Agility and quick learning
• Ability to lead and measure team & Leader on media for brands.
• Interpersonal and self-upskilling

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand media strategy for categories.
• Work closely with category teams to evaluate impact of media on business.
• Lead T&Ls on media.
• Ensure right strategy and budget by platform/customer.
• Ensure right assets by platform/placement
• Collaborate effectively within immediate brand team, media teams as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree (MBA) in Marketing, Mass communication or relevant media experience
• Min 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Show ability to lead and take initiative.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and collaboration skills, strategic thinking & analysis and capable of thinking out-of-the-box.
• Effective communication skills
