• Job Overview: As the Execution and Start-up Leader, you will lead the site’s initiative execution process end-to-end, acting as the single point of contact for various stakeholders including the Technical Readiness Leader (TRL), Initiatives Operations Leader (IOL), Plant Multi-functional Team, and Contract Manufacturers. Your role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on quality, timeline, and fundamentals through the use of project management tools and risk management methodologies.
• Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure execution of processes following internal controls, safety, and QA standards with zero safety incidents and full compliance at contract manufacturers.

• Lead technical mastery efforts including qualifications, quarterly health checks, risk assessments, and integration of schedules to deliver site initiatives.

• Drive loss elimination initiatives and lead continuous improvement PDCA cycles.

• Manage operational mastery by mapping impacted parameters, ensuring validation plans, and leading site interventions.

• Oversee service plans to deliver initiatives right the first time and on schedule.

• Integrate costs into financial forecasts and seek efficiency opportunities within projects.

• Lead training and qualification of start-up teams and ensure smooth knowledge transition to operations.
