Ready to build and lead a brand-new in-house Influencer & Community capability across two markets? Join us as we launch this capability at P&G Romania and Greece.

We're building a new Influencer & Community capability inside our Brand organization across Romania and Greece, and we're looking for a Senior Manager to lead it end-to-end. This is a chance to own the vision, team and business case for how P&G shows up through creators, experts and communities in the region.

Overview of the Role

As Influencer & Community Cluster Senior Manager you'll own the Influencer & Community SEE capability across Romania and Greece, from operating model design and team build to business case delivery and executive reporting. You'll drive brand relevance, consumer trust and measurable impact across all P&G categories in both markets.

You'll lead a cluster team working on Influencer Marketing & Community Engagement across markets.

Working closely with local and regional leadership, Brand, Media, Reputation and Advocacy and external partners, you'll bring the SEE Influencer & Community capability to life, land the in-house operating model, and make sure the way we work with creators, experts and communities becomes a real competitive advantage for P&G in the region.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who has built or transformed capabilities before, is comfortable owning a P&L conversation with executive stakeholders and enjoys building teams and operating models from the ground up.

What You'll Do

Capability Leadership & Vision

• Own the SEE Influencer & Community vision, roadmap and operating model across Romania and Greece.

• Set the standard for how P&G works with creators, experts and communities across the cluster.

• Represent the capability with Category and Local leadership and external partners.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead a cluster-wide team.

• Coach and develop I&CM Managers and CoE Leads, own onboarding of new joiners and build career paths across both markets.

• Create a culture of learning, share-and-reapply and craft excellence across categories and markets.

Business Case & Financial Ownership

• Own delivery of the Influencer & Community SEE capability results.

• Report progress on financials, capability build and business impact to executive stakeholders.

• Make trade-off decisions on resourcing, agency scope and investment across categories.

Governance & Operating Model

• Own the SEE Decision Matrix as the single source of truth for in-house vs agency work.

• Build and maintain SOPs, stewardship standards and compliance protocols across the cluster.

Technology & Measurement

• Partner with the IT & Marketing Tech Lead to land the digital tools and measurement architecture.

• Set the measurement standard for creator performance, community health, sentiment and campaign learning.

• Drive automation and productivity gains across the cluster.

Cross-Market & Cross-Category Consistency

• Make sure best practices, learnings and creator relationships flow across Romania, Greece and into the wider SEE and European network.

• Balance market-specific execution needs with cluster-level standardization, where it creates value.

Job Qualifications

What you'll bring

• Bachelor’s Degree from a University in Greece or abroad.

• Experience in influencer marketing, social, digital brand building or communications, with a proven track record leading teams.

• Experience in managing multi-market or cluster scope will be considered a strong advantage.

• Track record of building or transforming capabilities.

• Strong commercial and financial acumen: comfortable owning a business case, tracking savings and reporting to executive stakeholders

• People leadership experience, including coaching, onboarding and career development.

• Deep understanding of the creator, expert and community landscape in Romania, Greece or comparable markets.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders including Category SVPs and regional leadership.

• Experience with governance, agency management, Purchasing processes and cross-functional operating models.

• Strong knowledge of measurement, technology stacks and marketing automation in the social space.

• Balance of strategic thinking, executive presence and hands-on capability building.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder, multi-market environments.

• Fluency in English. Romanian or Greek language skills will be considered a plus.

• Genuine enthusiasm for consumer goods and staying close to emerging creators, trends and platforms.
