The P&G Internship Program is a holistic 3-6-month program crafted to give students an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging corporate environment of P&G. Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right level of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.

With this internship, you will become part of the Supply Network Operations team. Our mission is to transform consumer demand into a supply plan and deliver the products to the shelves so that the right P&G products are available to our consumers at the right place, at the right time, and at the right cost.

You will be helping us develop highly sophisticated and coordinated approaches, taking advantage of the latest advancements in our digitalized plant and smart technology. In particular, you will:

• Lead the entire supply chain process from sourcing materials to placing our brands in the hands of shoppers

• Plan the demand and supply for the market

• Build the physical design of our supply networks across the world

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary 1100 00 RUB gross monthly

• Compensation for relocation expenses and housing support (22 000 RUB net per month) in case you move to Novomoskovsk from another region

• Free lunch and transportation to the plant

Job Qualifications

• 3+ year students and recent graduates

• No more than 2 years after graduation

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• Technical academic background is preferable

• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capabilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
