The P&G Internship program is a holistic 3-6 month program designed to give students and recent graduates an intensive immersion in the exciting and challenging corporate environment of P&G. Students accepted into the program are each entrusted with a live, individual, business project to lead, own, and execute over the course of their internship with us. Each intern receives a customized learning plan to ensure they get the right levels of coaching, mentorship, and formal training as they deliver their work at P&G.

The internship in the role will include:

• Training at the largest P&G manufacturing plant in Novomoskovsk

• Studying the infrastructure and utility systems of the plant (water, energy, air supply, heating, ventilation)

• Learning the layout and technical equipment of facilities and utilities

• Supporting projects aimed at optimizing the efficiency and reliability of utility systems

• Assisting in the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve facility operations

• Participating in initiatives for automation and digitalization of utility management processes

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary 110 000 RUB gross

• Free lunch and transportation to the plant

• Relocation and housing support (22 000 RUB net/month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

• Ready for relocation to Novomoskovsk (Tula region)

• 3+ year students or up to 2 years since graduation

• Technical academic background (electrical, mechanical, industrial and process engineering fields of study) preferable

• Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher level)

• A passion to lead, a hunger to learn, a thirst to overcome barriers

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Ready for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)

• Interest in pursuing a full-time career at P&G after graduation
