For the first time, the P&G SA StandOut Commercial Case Study is coming to Johannesburg: offering ambitious university students an exciting opportunity to experience how P&G solves real commercial challenges behind some of the world’s most trusted brands.

This is more than a case-study competition. Your Workday application also forms part of P&G’s recruitment and assessment process. Applicants who successfully complete the required assessment and meet the competition eligibility criteria may be considered for an interview for a P&G Summer Internship or, if they are in their graduating year, an eligible entry-level career opportunity.

Job Qualifications

Qualifications and Competition Eligibility

To be eligible to apply and participate in the JHB-StandOut Commercial Case Study, applicants must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be a current student enrolled at a recognised university.
• At minimum be studying towards a bachelor’s degree.
• Students from any academic discipline are welcome to apply.
• Be available to participate in the full two-day case-study experience at the P&G Johannesburg office on 8 & 9 October 2026.
• Complete the required P&G online assessment as part of the application process.
• Demonstrate an interest in commercial problem-solving, collaboration and turning insights into recommendations.
