Are you passionate about social media, influencers, and the world of brands?

We are looking for early-career talent to join P&G’sBrand Building Purchasesteam as aPurchasing Manager-Social & Influencer Partnerships.

Your mission will be to design and implement purchasing strategies and manage relationships with external partners across Social & Brand Building projects. You will work with teams across P&G, influencers, agencies, and other collaborators to create value, drive innovative ideas, contribute to business growth, and ensure the company achieves its objectives.

What will your responsibilities be?

Sourcing Execution & Commercial Delivery

Contribute to the development and activation of partner sourcing, selection, and validation strategies, aligning them with business priorities for Social & Brand Building projects.

Lead projects from end to end: identify, select, and qualify the best partners; negotiate terms and conditions; manage contracts; launch them; and oversee their proper execution.

Partner Management

Build strong, trusted relationships with influencers, agencies, creators, and other partners.

Lead negotiations and contracting with partners, serve as the key point of contact between partners and the business, monitor results, continuously design improvements, and ensure their implementation.

Governance & Compliance

Ensure effective coordination across all projects and partners, guaranteeing full compliance with company policies and processes.

Business Collaboration & Insights

Work with Brand, Finance, Legal, and other teams to identify the best solutions to meet business needs.

Use data, market trends, and external information to identify opportunities and make recommendations.

Job Qualifications

What we are looking for?

• A genuine interest in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Stay up to date with new trends, products, and emerging brands.

• Passion for social media andinfluencer marketing.

• Interest in strategy, business management, and partner relationships within the Purchasing function.

• An analytical mindset to identify key questions, understand results, and optimize actions.

• Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

• A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a growth mindset.

• Bachelor orMaster degree

• Preferred fields of study: Business, Marketing, or Law

• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Portuguese and English. Spanish is a plus.

Preferred qualifications:

• Initial experience in purchasing, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media.

• Experience with health, beauty, or consumer goods brands.
