As a P&G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to:

• Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas: promotion support, developing the right assortment, shelving,pricingand merchandisingstrategies;

• Contribute to the development of sales concepts, product branding and go-to-market strategies andtools;

• Be involved in the design business plans that will deliver sales and market shareobjectives;

• Help customers to develop programs which will build the business for them and forus;

• Collaborate with a diverse group of people fromdifferent functions(Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply) and countries to deliver key results.

Job Qualifications

We are looking for people who:

• Are Master students or recentMastergraduates with strong academicresults;

• Have creativity, innovation,initiativeand follow-through with goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills;

• Have excellent project management skills,are able tosee planned ideas through to the implementationstage;

• Have strong analytical and problem-solvingskills;

• Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate inEnglish;

• Have avaliddriver's license;

• Are available for a 6monthsinternship.
