Introduction
We are recruiting for a leading, respected and established mining consultancy and have two opportunities for Resource Geologists.
Duties & Responsibilities- Develop and maintain 3D geological models using Leapfrog Geo and Datamine, integrating drillhole, assay, geological and structural data.
- Interpret geological data to define mineralised zones, orebody geometry, lithological boundaries and structural controls.
- Undertake resource estimation, grade modelling and geological block modelling to support Mineral Resource assessments.
- Validate and QA/QC geological datasets, update resource models and prepare technical reports, maps and visualisations to support mine planning and exploration decisions.
We are seeking a Resource Geologist with around 4–10 years’ experience in mineral resource estimation and geological modelling.
Requirements:
• Degree in Geology or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Datamine, Leapfrog Geo and similar software.
• Strong experience in geological modelling, resource estimation and data interpretation.
• Knowledge of mineral resource reporting standards (SAMREC/JORC).
