ProSidian Consulting is an American management and operations consultancy founded in 2009 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, working largely for United States federal agencies and regulated industries. Its practice areas cover risk management, regulatory compliance, business process improvement, energy and sustainability, and technology and engineering support, delivered through project teams staffed onto client sites. The firm competes for federal task orders across departments including energy, defence and homeland security, and much of the very large volume of roles it advertises reflects the contingent hiring pipeline it maintains against those contract awards.
