Metrics Business Analysts identify key performance metrics, design data collection methods, and analyze trends to deliver actionable insights that guide business decisions. Junior Database Developers build and maintain the databases that securely store this data, ensuring it’s accurate, accessible, and optimized for reporting. Together, they create a seamless system that turns raw data into meaningful information, enabling organizations to measure progress and improve performance effectively. The Metrics Business Analyst works to blend raw data with operational insight to serve up powerful metrics that leadership can act on. - Support report standardization and automation

- Develop KPIs for maintenance, training, and availability
