With offices throughout the United States and private equity backing, Prosperity is seeking we are seeking an organized Billing Administrator to support our growing practice in Rockville. The candidate must possess the following characteristics: exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, strong writing skills, high ability to multi-task, meticulous attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, willingness to work in a team-oriented environment and the ability to prioritize quickly and efficiently. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Prosperity's existing Billing and Administrative teams, and company Partners to coordinate the administrative functions of the firm;
• Responsible for various internal accounting-related functions including: monthly client billings and collections; accounts payable; staff time-sheet tracking and reporting;
• Communicate with clients on billing and collections matters;
• Reception, document management, mailings, purchasing, and planning client meetings and office events.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited university;
• Billing/Invoicing experience strongly considered;
• Experience working in a small company environment with similar responsibilities strongly considered;
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot and Word).
• Effective verbal and written communication skills;
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail;
• Energetic with positive attitude;
• Ability to take direction and see tasks through to completion.

Annual Salary Range

$60,000—$68,000 USD
