Protiviti is looking for a Technology Audit & Advisory Associate Directorto join our growing team.

What You Can Expect:

As an Associate Director, you'lltake a lead role in strengthening client relationships and providingstrategic guidance across complex capital programs and construction projects. You'llpartner with clients to identifyconstruction and capital project delivery risks, technical challenges, and opportunities to enhance the efficiency, governance, and performance of capital investments. You'lldevelop innovative strategies to solve complex business problems and devise solutions that address client needs through the use ofleading practices, data-driven insights, and emerging tools and methodologies. You'llalhelpdevelop new business opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and contribute to the growth of our Capital Projects & Contracts practice. You'llbuild lasting relationships with clients and within the business community while serving as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also mentor and develop high-performing teams, provide leadership across engagements, and oversee the successful delivery of project work plans while driving quality, innovation, and exceptional client service.

  • Demonstratedexperience with:

  • Leading teams in implementing IT audit methodologies and developing necessary audit deliverables, including process flows, work programs, audit reports, and control summaries.

  • Commonly used internal control frameworks, including COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS, ITIL, etc.

  • Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions and methodologies for achieving compliance, in particular the technology implications and requirements.

  • A passion for:

  • The latest trends and developments in data and technology, including high-growth topics of cybersecurity, cloud, data governance, privacy, analytics, enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics etc.), disaster recovery, systems development methodologies etc.

  • Analytics and technology enablement (automation, AI/MLetc.).

  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including withsenior executives.

  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunitiesand identifyingand implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.

  • Ability to translate and communicate technology topics and audit issues toclient personnel, including executives.

  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoringand coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.

Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g.,Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or business-relatedfield.)

  • 9+ years working in technologyaudit, consulting, assurance services, risk andcontrol programs, or related field, either in professional services orindustry.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office suite applications. Secondary emphasis on Vision and Access.

  • Proficiencyin PowerBI, Tableau, Alteryx, Python, RPA Solutions, orother Analytics toolsstrongly preferred.

  • Professional Certification such as CIA, CRMA, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar strongly preferred.

Our Hybrid Workplace

Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements variesby client, project, team, and other business factors. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local or out-of-state travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments.

Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.

$135,000.00 - $229,000.00

Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.

The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.

$156,600.00 - $265,640.00

Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We provide Choice Time Off (CTO) for vacation, personal needs, and sick time. The amount of (CTO) varies based on years of service. New hires receive up to 20 days of CTO per calendar year. Protiviti also recognizes up to 11 paid holidays each calendar year.
