Project Manager - Data & Analytics

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record of successfully delivering large-scale, end-to-end business transformation projects within the Banking or Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate should possess excellent project management capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience driving cross-functional teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver large-scale, end-to-end business transformation initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, budgets, and overall project governance.
• Collaborate with business, technology, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Drive project execution using Agile and SAFe methodologies, ensuring adherence to delivery best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, project status reporting, and executive-level updates.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to manage interdependencies and ensure smooth project execution.
• Support data-driven decision-making; prior experience working on data-related initiatives is desirable but not mandatory.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience with proven success in delivering complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong experience in Banking or Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience managing Business Transformation programs.
• Good understanding and practical experience with Agile and SAFe frameworks.
• Excellent project planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
• Strong focus on delivery, execution, and achieving business outcomes.
• Exposure to Data projects or data transformation initiatives is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP, PRINCE2 Scrum Master, SAFe, or Agile certifications are desirable.
• Experience working in global or cross-functional project environments is preferred.
