The Shipping and Receiving Associate II is a key contributor to our fast-paced manufacturing operation, ensuring the seamless flow of materials and products throughout the supply chain. As a career-level logistics professional, this role leverages deep expertise in Shipping and/or Receiving processes while working across critical business systems including AX, X-Carrier, MES, MRS, and Salesforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, partnering with the Logistics team and cross-functional departments to solve challenges, improve efficiency, and keep operations running smoothly. What You Will Do:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing lists and system records, ensuring material accuracy and compliance with safety requirements.
• Manage material holds, quarantined inventory, mystery materials, and related case follow-up while partnering with Customer Service and Planning teams.
• Organize, store, and transfer inventory to support production demands and maintain efficient warehouse operations.
• Process domestic and international shipments, including picking, packing, labeling, documentation, freight coordination, and shipping quotes.
• Generate and maintain accurate shipping records, resolve documentation discrepancies, and manage shipment queues to ensure on-time delivery.
• Conduct quality inspections, select appropriate packaging, and ensure products are protected throughout the shipping process.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records while escalating issues and discrepancies as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and carriers to coordinate workflow and resolve logistics challenges.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment, including pallet preparation and warehouse storage activities.
• Follow all safety, housekeeping, and compliance requirements to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
• Investigate and resolve shipping, receiving, and inventory issues, providing clear communication and documentation to stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse Experience
• Dock Experience
• Signed off on Logistics curriculum
• Signed off on Receiving or Shipping Curriculum

Key Competencies:

• AX, Forklift, MRS, MES, FedEx Worldship, UPS Worldship, Salesforce, DOMO

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Able to work safely with sharp tools/objects, such as but not limited to, hobby knives, utility knives, pliers
• Able to use a computer, calculator and do basic arithmetic
• Able to read and write in English
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment
• Must be punctual and have good attendance
• Good written and oral communication skills; must be able to write and respond to email (MS Outlook)
• Strong attention to detail
• AX competency
