Responsibilities:
- Support the administration and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives in PRUuniversity
- Support PRUuniversity’s project and events as needed
- Gather, collect and process learning data as needed
- Coordinate end-to-end learning programs (scheduling, participant enrollment, room booking, fnb, logistics, and training administration, attendance & feedback, after event poster, database, learning report)
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement and culture initiatives, such as Workout at Office (WAO), wellbeing activities, cultural workshops, employee campaigns, and company engagement events.
Requirements:
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft tools
- Experience in handling events, at least at the campus level
- Active participation in campus organizations (minimum internal campus involvement)
- Basic creative design skills are a plus
- Ability to speak and write in English
- Willing to commit to a 6-month contract period
