IT Support Officer

What are we looking for?
The candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems.
What are we expecting from this role?
Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. ·
Install, configure, and maintain workstations, Android Tablet, iOS Devices, printers, Conference System, Audio System, and other IT equipment. ·
Support Microsoft Office 365, Windows, VDI, Cloud and common business applications. · Maintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and user guides.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams, regional and vendor. ·
Assist in onboarding and offboarding employees, including account setup and equipment provisioning such as workstations, Tablet and VDI. ·
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards with regional and local policy. ·
Support IT Ops in end point security matter including patching, AV, DLP.,etc ·
Other Tasks assigned by line manager.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles. · Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and VDI ·
Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with ticketing system · Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Fluent in both English and Burmese. · Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
