Allgemeine Beschreibung der Funktion

Der Stelleninhaber ist für das Management der Schnittstellen zwischen Produktion, Lager/Verteilzentren, Transport und Baustelle verantwortlich unter Berücksichtigung der Koordination von Kundenanforderungen und dem Einsatz von Subunternehmern.
Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
Der Site Logistics Coordinator hat folgende Aufgaben:
- Verantwortung für die Planung und Überwachung der Transport- und Auslieferungsaufgaben, um die pünktliche Lieferung von Endprodukten sicherzustellen
- Koordinierung der Lagerungs- und Auslieferungsaktivitäten mittels Überwachung des Lagerkalenders und der Lieferzeiten
- Optimierung der Transportflüsse bezüglich Routen und Ladungen
- Sicherstellung der korrekten Umsetzung der Transportgenehmigungen und der notwendigen Transportdokumentation, z.B. durch Unterstützung der Werksverkehre
- Koordination der Rücklieferung der leeren Kabeltrommeln in Zusammenarbeit mit der Werkslogistik
- Optimierung der Planungs- und Nachverfolgungskonzepte
- Verantwortung für Logistikkennzahlen gegenüber internen und externen Stakeholdern
Die hier beschriebenen Tätigkeiten sind nicht abschließend und der Stelleninhaber kann von Vorgesetzten aufgefordert werden, weitere, der Stelle angemessene Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
Qualifikationen und berufliche Anforderungen
Bewerber für diese Position sollten vorzugsweise Folgendes mitbringen:
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder der Ingenieurswissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Logistik sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung und bereits erworbenen Marktkenntnissen
- Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse: C1 oder höher
- Proaktives und vorausschauendes Handeln, wirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Kundenorientiertes Auftreten mit guten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Stressresistenz, Konfliktfähigkeit
- Verhandlungsgeschick sowie Durchhalte- und Durchsetzungsvermögen

General description of the function
The Transmission Business unit of Prysmian is at the forefront of innovation and adaptation to the market trend of the cable industry, embracing emphasis on renewable energy generation. Our cable solutions are the backbone of the power grids, paving the way for a more efficient, interconnected, and eco-conscious energy ecosystem.
We are looking for a Logistic Coordinator, who is responsible for managing the interfaces between production, warehouses/distribution centers, transport, and the construction site, while coordinating customer requirements and the use of subcontractors.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Site Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the following tasks:
- Planning and monitoring transport and delivery operations to ensure the timely delivery of finished products
- Coordinating storage and delivery activities by monitoring the warehouse schedule and delivery times
- Optimizing transport flows regarding routes and loads
- Ensuring the correct implementation of transport permits and necessary transport documentation, e.g., by supporting plant transport operations
- Coordinating the return of empty cable drums in collaboration with plant logistics
- Optimizing planning and tracking processes
- Managing logistics KPIs and reporting to internal and external stakeholders
The duties described here are not exhaustive, and the job holder may be asked by supervisors to undertake additional tasks appropriate to the role.
Qualifications and Professional Requirements
Candidates for this role should preferably have:
- Completed degree in Business Administration or Engineering with a specialization in logistics, plus several years of professional experience and existing market knowledge
- German and English language skills: C1 level or higher
- Proactive and forward-looking approach; strong business acumen
- Customer-oriented demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle conflict effectively
- Strong negotiation skills, as well as persistence and assertiveness
