Estamos buscando un Operador de Producción para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Con sede en Ciudad de Buenos Aires, reportando al supervisor, usted será responsable de operar los equipos pertenecientes a una o más fases de nuestro proceso de fabricación, asegurando así la calidad del producto, así como llevar a cabo las actividades determinadas para satisfacer las necesidades ambientales relevantes para su área, a través del cumplimiento de instrucciones y procedimientos preestablecidos, de acuerdo con las políticas, lineamientos, estrategias y legislación establecidas.

Principales Responsabilidades

• Operar equipos relevantes para los procesos de producción de extrusión, trefilado y otros manipulando dispositivos de medición (calibración, micrómetros, etc), observando y monitoreando su operación, contribuyendo así a la obtención de cables eléctricos.
• Verificar los parámetros del proceso en las formas respectivas antes del inicio de las operaciones, observando y siguiendo los lineamientos preestablecidos, con el fin de obtener el resultado deseado.
• Llenar las Hojas de Trabajo de Control de Procesos de Equipos, así como lanzar los "insumos" necesarios en el sistema integrado de información, con el fin de proporcionar información actualizada a los involucrados y otorgar subsidios al Superior inmediato para la toma de decisiones.
• Observar el desarrollo de actividades inherentes al Área de Producción, anticipándose a posibles problemas e identificando anomalías en el equipo o proceso de fabricación, con el fin de notificar al Superior inmediato para que pueda verificar y tomar las medidas adecuadas para evitar la disminución cualitativa o cuantitativa de la producción.
• Prestar atención a las instrucciones de Seguridad y Salud Laboral recibidas, siguiendo las directrices y utilizando los EPI's (Equipos de Protección Individual) indicados, garantizando así la seguridad de uno mismo y de los compañeros de trabajo.
• Colaborar en el proceso de mantenimiento de los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad y Medio Ambiente adoptados por la Compañía, tomando conocimiento de las instrucciones y procedimientos preestablecidos para el Área de Operación, así como velando por su cumplimiento.
• Cumplir con los requisitos legales y de la empresa con respecto a HSE, los requisitos de Sistema de Gestión, de acuerdo con su competencia y con la sensibilización y formación recibida;
• Preservar el medio ambiente y reportar accidentes relacionados con HSE y situaciones inseguras a la persona directamente responsable y/o HSE.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un técnico con las siguientes habilidades y motivaciones:

• Escuela Secundaria terminada, preferentemente técnico mecánico, eléctrico o electrónico.
• Al menos 5 años de experiencia en el Área Industrial
• Conocimientos de calibres, micrómetros, y/u otros instrumentos de medición.

Team Overview and Job Responsibilities

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our team.

Based in the City of Buenos Aires, reporting to the supervisor, you will be responsible for operating the equipment belonging to one or more phases of our manufacturing process, thus ensuring the quality of the product, as well as carrying out the activities determined to satisfy the needs. environmental issues relevant to your area, through compliance with pre-established instructions and procedures, in accordance with the established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation.

Main Responsibilities

• Operate equipment relevant to the production processes of extrusion, drawing and others, manipulating measuring devices (calibration, micrometers, etc.), observing and monitoring their operation, thus contributing to obtaining electrical cables.
• Verify the process parameters in the respective forms before the start of operations, observing and following the pre-established guidelines, in order to obtain the desired result.
• Fill out the Equipment Process Control Worksheets, as well as launch the necessary "inputs" in the integrated information system, in order to provide updated information to those involved and grant subsidies to the immediate Superior for decision-making.
• Observe the development of activities inherent to the Production Area, anticipating possible problems and identifying anomalies in the equipment or manufacturing process, in order to notify the immediate Superior so that he can verify and take the appropriate measures to avoid the qualitative decrease or production quantity.
• Pay attention to the Occupational Health and Safety instructions received, following the guidelines and using the indicated PPE's (Individual Protection Equipment), thus guaranteeing the safety of oneself and co-workers.
• Collaborate in the maintenance process of the Quality and Environmental Management Systems adopted by the Company, taking cognizance of the instructions and pre-established procedures for the Area of Operation, as well as ensuring their compliance.
• Comply with the legal and company requirements regarding HSE, the Management System requirements, in accordance with their competence and with the awareness and training received;
• Preserve the environment and report HSE-related accidents and unsafe situations to the person directly responsible and/or HSE.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a technician with the following skills and motivations:

• Completed High School, preferably a mechanical, electrical or electronic technician.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Industrial Area
• Knowledge of gauges, micrometers, and/or other measuring instruments.
