R&D Labs Intern

Stiamo cercando uno stagista da inserire nei nostri laboratori R&D di HQ che conduca uno studio sperimentale oggetto di tesi di laurea:

Attività

• Preparazione di piastre / provini piani a partire dai due materiali.
• Definizione ed esecuzione di diversi trattamenti termici: raffreddamento rapido, intermedio e lento, con eventuale ricottura.
• Misura del grado di cristallinità e osservazione della morfologia dei campioni.
• Esecuzione di prove elettriche: permittività, tan δ, resistività/conducibilità e breakdown.
• Analisi comparativa tra campioni con diversa storia termica e tra materiali PP-based e PE-based.
• Elaborazione dei risultati e interpretazione del legame tra microstruttura e comportamento elettrico.

Obiettivi formativi

• Acquisire competenze nella preparazione e caratterizzazione di materiali polimerici per isolamento elettrico.
• Comprendere il legame tra processo, struttura semicristallina e proprietà elettriche.
• Sviluppare capacità di pianificazione ed esecuzione di una campagna sperimentale.
• Imparare a trattare e interpretare dati provenienti da misure termiche, morfologiche ed elettriche.
• Maturare autonomia nell’analisi tecnica di materiali per applicazioni industriali.
• Rafforzare la capacità di tradurre risultati sperimentali in indicazioni utili per R&D e sviluppo prodotto.
