Your Everyday at Nexi

As a Accountant, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów.

About Your Future Role

In this position, you will:

• Verification of financial documents for formal and accounting correctness
• Compliance with regulations regarding fixed assets and verification of the accuracy of their settlement
• Posting invoices and other accounting documents: cost, investment, and revenue-related
• Posting bank statements
• Settling employee business trips and other employee expenses
• Preparing reports for GUS, NBP, and Intrastat
• Ensuring proper and timely closing of accounting periods and participating in the preparation of financial statements
• Active participation in company audits
• Recording and settling fixed assets and calculating depreciation

What We Value in You

Essential Qualifications:

• (Minimum 2 years of experience in an independent accounting position (full accounting)
• Knowledge of the Accounting Act and tax regulations
• Knowledge of regulations regarding fixed assets and depreciation accounting
• Familiarity with Symfonia or Comarch-Optima systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Independence, accuracy, and timeliness in work
• Willingness to learn new processes
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, and good organization of work
• Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
• Fluent in Polish
