Job Description:
·带领团队成员专业化、学术推广与拜访;
·辅导代表更高效的开展日常业务工作，并高效的完成业务指标;
·针对在协访中发现机会与问题，辅导代表进一步提升业务能力;
·负责与KOL的建立良好合作，并与市场部、医学部、医院准入、商务团队等保持密切合作;
·与区域市场合作，高质量的制定与执行推广策略;
·带领团队高效地组织和执行市场活动及项目;
·通过高质量的执行项目，覆盖重点客户，使得产品最大化在市场的声音，提升市场份额;
·深度了解市场环境的变化并做出相应的策略调整;
·所有日常工作行为，活动项目将严格遵守公司合规的政策并监督管理下属严格执行;
Knowledge, abilities & experience：
学历:
- 语言: 英语熟练书写优选
- 本科，医药或临床专业优先
经验要求:
- 至少3年以上一线医药推广团队管理工作经验
- 具有10年或以上大型跨国或合资制药企业的医药推广或市场工作经验
- 具有特药领域相关的管理工作经验，肿瘤领域经验优先
- 具有大客户管理和维护经验
其他要求 :
- 良好的沟通技能，跨部门协作能力强
- 为人积极正向，带领团队发展
- 具有商业思维，且具备较强的谈判能力
- 语言: 英语熟练书写优先
- 本科，医药或临床专业优先
- 学习能力，应变能力强，勇于挑战
