Odgovornosti
  • kreiranje, podešavanje i administracija korisničkih naloga i prava pristupa
  • administracija i tehnička podrška za korporativnu elektronsku poštu i RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol)
  • osnovno podešavanje i administracija MikroTik mrežne opreme
  • razumevanje osnovnih principa TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN i VLAN tehnologija
  • instalacija, konfiguracija i tehnička podrška za radne stanice zaposlenih
  • instalacija, podešavanje i osnovna administracija Windows operativnih sistema
  • osnovno poznavanje Linux sistema, uključujući instalaciju i osnovno podešavanje
  • instalacija, konfiguracija i povezivanje multifunkcionalnih uređaja (MFP) i druge kancelarijske opreme
  • sklapanje, konfiguracija, dijagnostika i osnovno održavanje računara
  • rešavanje svakodnevnih hardverskih, softverskih i mrežnih problema korisnika kroz helpdesk tiketing
  • praćenje i održavanje IT infrastrukture i učestvovanje u unapređenju postojećih sistema.

  • osnovno razumevanje računarskih mreža i sistemske administracije
  • znanje engleskog jezika koje omogućava svakodnevnu komunikaciju i rad sa tehničkom dokumentacijom
