Als (Senior) Recruiter (m/w/d) übernimmst du die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess - von der ersten Bedarfsanalyse bis hin zur erfolgreichen Einstellung und Vorbereitung des Onboardings. Du betreust den Recruiting-Prozess über alle Jobfamilien und Unternehmensbereiche hinweg.

  • Proaktive Identifikation & Ansprache: Nutzen Sie moderne Sourcing-Kanäle (z. B. LinkedIn Recruiter, Fachcommunitys), um Talente zielgerichtet für unsere Schlüsselpositionen zu begeistern.
  • Bewerbermanagement: Steuerung des vollständigen Auswahlprozesses - von der Sichtung der Unterlagen über Erstgespräche und Qualifizierungs-Interviews bis zur Terminplanung mit den Fachbereichen.
  • Anforderungsprofile & Stellenanzeigen: Erstellung und Veröffentlichung ansprechender, zielgruppengerechter Stellenanzeigen auf relevanten Jobportalen und sozialen Medien.
  • Stakeholder Management: Enger Austausch mit den internen Fachbereichen zur Definition von Qualifikationsprofilen und Abstimmung der Recruiting-Strategien
  • Vertragserstellung: Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen, Zusatzvereinbarungen und relevanten HR-Dokumenten unter Einhaltung der arbeitsrechtlichen Standards.
  • Preboarding-Prozess: Gestaltung und Betreuung eines wertschätzenden Preboardings, um eine nahtlose Candidate Journey bis zum ersten Arbeitstag sicherzustellen.
  • Systempflege: Pflege und Optimierung aller Daten in unseren Bewerbermanagementsystemen.

Qualifications that inspire us

  • Berufserfahrung: Mindestens 5-7 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Inhouse-Recruiting oder in einer Personalberatung / Agentur.
  • Systemkenntnisse: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen HR-Softwarelösungen, vorzugsweise Erfahrung mit rexx systems und/oder d.vinci.
  • Active Sourcing Skills: Fundierte Erfahrung in der aktiven Direktansprache und Nutzung gängiger Sourcing-Methoden.
  • Arbeitsweise & Persönlichkeit: Verhandlungsgeschick, ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie sowie eine strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise (insbesondere bei der Vertragserstellung).
  • Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutsch (mind. C1) - und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2) in Wort und Schrift.
