Overview

As a DevOps / Platform Engineer at Publicis Sapient, you will play a vital role in maintaining, automating, and enhancing platform operations that support the iOS ecosystem. You will collaborate across development and operations teams to improve reliability, scalability, and efficiency in application delivery pipelines. This role suits a hands-on engineer experienced in CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Xcode Cloud, and observability tools, eager to work in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Your Impact

• Support platform operations, maintenance, and monitoring.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and environment issues; perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deployment.
• Handle application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
• Develop Bash scripts and automation to increase operational efficiency.
• Work with Xcode Cloud and related iOS tooling for build and deployment workflows.
• Configure monitoring dashboards, alerts, logs, and metrics to proactively identify issues.
• Use Splunk or Datadog for monitoring, analytics, and performance insights.
• Contribute to improvements in platform reliability, scalability, and stability.
• Maintain technical documentation and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proven experience in the iOS ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience with Xcode Cloud and Azure DevOps.
• Strong Bash scripting and automation capabilities.
• Experience using Splunk and/or Datadog for monitoring and observability.
• Support expertise for application build, deployment, and release processes.
• Ability to analyze logs, metrics, alerts, and monitoring data.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills.
• Proven success in automation and process optimization.
