Publicis Sapient Role Overview: At Publicis Sapient, we are helping our clients modernize technology, transform experiences, and reimagine their businesses. As a Software Integration Engineer, you’ll play a key role in developing reliable solutions that connect enterprise systems and enable data-driven operations through cloud-based modernization.
Your Impact
- Conduct modernization assessments and help define migration paths from legacy applications to modern, Azure-based architectures.
- Design, develop, test, and maintain custom software and integration solutions using C#, .NET, Angular, and Azure cloud technologies.
- Implement event-driven and microservice architectures leveraging Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, and API Management (APIM).
- Integrate applications and data sources securely using RESTful APIs and enterprise-grade design patterns.
- Collaborate with Application, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
- Support observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting for integration performance and reliability.
- Participate in CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and release management processes within Azure DevOps.
- Contribute to modernization initiatives involving data platforms, cloud automation, and intelligent integration practices.
Qualifications
Skills & Experience
- 3-7 years of experience in software engineering or integration roles.
- Proficiency in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Angular.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure services such as Azure Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, APIM, and Containerized microservices.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, Cosmos DB, and Redis for database interaction and data reliability.
- Experience with GitHub and Azure DevOps for source control and automation.
- Understanding of RESTful API design, cloud governance, and software security best practices.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric or Databricks for data integration and analytics.
- Experience applying CI/CD, unit testing, and DevOps principles.
- Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across global agile teams (Scrum/Kanban).
- Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and modernization practices.

- Experience developing and deploying event-driven solutions using Azure Event Hub and Service Bus.
- Prior work modernizing enterprise systems to Azure or integrating distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AI or data observability tools within the Azure ecosystem.
