Role Overview :
As a Python and Java Developer, you will be at the heart of building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications that drive digital innovation for our clients. You will work within cross-functional, agile teams, collaborating closely with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions. Your daily contributions will involve designing system architectures, writing clean and maintainable code, and ensuring the seamless integration of services, directly impacting the operational efficiency and digital capabilities of our global client base.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable backend services using Java and Python to support high-traffic enterprise platforms.
- Architect and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between microservices and front-end applications.
- Optimize application performance and database queries to ensure low-latency responses for end-users.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to automate deployment pipelines and maintain high availability in cloud-based environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold engineering excellence and maintain high standards of code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical bottlenecks to ensure the stability and reliability of production systems.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in building enterprise-grade applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proven ability to design and manage relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data integrity and efficient storage solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and work effectively in a distributed team environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A minimum of 6 - 10 years of professional experience in full-stack or backend software development.
- Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
