About the Role
We are looking for a Master Data Management Associate to join our team. The role involves creating and maintaining Vendor and Customer Master Data in SAP and supporting related reporting and coordination activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Creation of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
- Maintenance of Vendor/Customer Master Data in SAP
- Maintaining reports
- Co-coordinating with Stakeholders
- Verification of Documents provided for Master records
- Follow up with Vendors and Internal teams
- Managing/Saving Documents on Shared Locations for Audits
- Participate in Internal/External Audits
- Promptly Escalate matters to senior members
- Working on Daily queues
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Candidate must have excellent Vietnamese & English professional language skills
Preferred / Good to Have
- Basic understanding of financial systems such as Oracle, Maconomy, or Navision
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Good verbal and Written Communication Skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Exposure to SAP MDM is an added advantage
