Area Sales Manager
(Istanbul, Turkey)
Your Mission
- As a result of our rapid growth, you will play an important role in Sales
What you will do
- Carrying out regional sales organization, sales team and distributor/dealer management,
- Regularly monitoring distributor stocks, ensuring accuracy and month-end closing sharing stocks with the Regional Sales Manager within the following month,
- Following the regional sales targets and prepare the necessary plans and take action accordingly,
- Ensuring the collection of sold products in line with the company's maturity policy,
- Managing large customers in the region,
- Ensuring that determined Distributor targets are achieved,
- Acting in accordance with the sales strategies determined by Puratos Turkey,
- Ensuring performance management of distributors and distributor sales teams in the region, to train and coach teams to achieve the desired business goals,
- Sharing sales forecasts for the following 3 months with the Regional Sales Manager every month.
What we expect from you
- A bachelor's degree in business or related subject is required,
- At least 8 years of continuous experience in traditional customer and distributor management in multinational organizations,
- A high level of analytical ability to drive sales efficiencies,
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team player,
- Preferablybusiness fluent English,
- Open to travel.
