THE ROLE
As our Business Systems Analyst, you will architect the scalable Salesforce solutions that power and transform Everpure’s global Partner ecosystem. Partnering directly with the GTM Systems Capability Lead and the DTG IT engineering team, your mission is to eliminate operational friction and turn complex channel requirements into fluid, high-performance platform capabilities. You will serve as the definitive bridge between business stakeholders and technical execution, owning enhancements end-to-end to maximize channel velocity and process standardization. By maximizing our declarative Salesforce infrastructure, you will directly elevate the user experience for our global Partner Operations and accelerate revenue readiness across our network.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Translate Strategy into Agile Execution: Lead the technical discovery process with business stakeholders to convert complex operational pain points into high-fidelity Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process maps, and structured Jira Epics/User Stories with precise acceptance criteria.
Engineer Declarative Salesforce Solutions: Architect, configure, and deploy advanced Salesforce capabilities-including complex Flows, Validation Rules, dynamic Page Layouts, and secure Permission Sets-to automate workflows and simplify partner management.
Govern Quality via End-to-End Testing: Design, coordinate, and execute comprehensive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) frameworks to rigorously validate delivered functionality against business requirements before managing production releases.
Optimize Partner Ecosystem Performance: Proactively identify systemic bottlenecks across Partner Operations to drive process standardization, build actionable reporting dashboards, and implement automated solutions that continuously scale platform efficiency.
WHAT YOU BRING
Certified Salesforce Administration Mastery: Active Salesforce Administrator Certification backed by deep functional experience building declarative automation and managing platform security, access, and data structures.
Agile Business Systems Analysis: Proven expertise operating as a functional analyst within Agile delivery frameworks, with a track record of authoring precise technical specifications and managing product backlogs within Jira.
Cross-Functional Solution Design: Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical blueprints and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
Analytical Process Engineering: Strong problem-solving capabilities focused on process mapping, identifying workflow automation opportunities, and maintaining rigorous system architecture documentation.
- Experience with adjacent Partner ecosystem tools is strongly preferred, including Confluence, Lucidchart or similar process-mapping tools, partner portal / PRM platforms, ecosystem mapping tools such as Crossbeam, identity and SSO solutions, incentive and rebate platforms, Seismic or similar content platforms, partner training and certification systems, reporting tools, and integrations connecting Salesforce with other GTM systems. Familiarity with lead-to-opportunity and partner operations workflows is a plus.
Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
