THE ROLE  

As a Senior Commissions Analyst at Everpure™, you will serve as a key owner of our sales compensation operations, ensuring accurate, transparent, and timely commission administration across our sales organization. You will partner directly with Sales Leadership, Payroll, Finance, HR, and Sales Operations to operationalize complex variable compensation plans and optimize our end-to-end incentive workflows. By leveraging analytical expertise and automated platforms like SAP Commissions, you will safeguard compliance, provide business-critical close support, and enhance the overall field rep experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive End-to-End Commission Execution: Administer and execute complex monthly commission calculations and payments using SAP Commissions (CallidusCloud), maintaining high accuracy and ensuring seamless alignment with global payroll timelines.
• Operationalize Incentive Compensation Plans: Partner with Sales Leadership and Compensation teams to translate, configure, and implement new or modified sales incentive plans into our systems while maintaining data integrity and business rules.
• Lead Financial Close & Compliance: Own commission-related accruals, reconciliations, and reporting during monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes in close collaboration with Finance, Accounting, and External Audit partners.
• Modernize & Automate Compensation Workflows: Leverage AI tools to identify system bottlenecks, design automated process enhancements, and build scalable reporting solutions in SAP Commissions, Salesforce, and NetSuite to streamline administrative overhead.
• Deliver Exceptional Field Support: Manage and resolve complex sales query escalations via ServiceNow, acting as a trusted subject matter expert who provides transparent, timely communications to field sales representatives.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Incentive Compensation: Deep functional knowledge of incentive compensation administration, plan mechanics, and commission operations.
• Incentive Applications Proficiency: Proficient hands-on experience using enterprise incentive compensation management platforms (such as SAP Commissions/CallidusCloud, Xactly, or Anaplan) alongside robust data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Google Sheets) and cross-platform systems (Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Cross-Functional & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage complex financial data, model compensation scenarios, and drive collaborative consensus across Finance, HR, and Sales Operations.
• Communication & Query Resolution: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation structures clearly to cross-functional stakeholders and sales professionals.
• Adaptability: Ability to work proactively and adapt to changing business needs; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

In-Office Presence: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Prague office in compliance with Everpure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
