  • Build productive working relationships with Design, Product Development, Raw Materials, Quality, Sourcing, regional teams and suppliers to resolve day-to-day approval topics and communicate implications for timing, quality or color feasibility.
  • Independently manage immediate priorities across changing seasonal demands within agreed objectives; adapt own plans and methods as business needs, systems or processes evolve, anticipate practical impacts on timelines and stakeholders, surface capacity or dependency risks early, propose sequencing options and align material trade-offs with the Senior Color Manager or relevant decision owner while maintaining quality and realistic commitments.
  • Review recurring color approval issues and supplier KPI trends using established methods; recommend practical improvements to supplier follow-up, data quality, system use and working methods, and support updates to checklists and standard operating procedures.
