Key Responsibilities:
PwC is moving towards having GenAI and automation as an instrumental pivot in the way we do things.As a Learning & Development(Tech)Intern, you will supportourdigitalisationand automation journey to embed GenAI tools and automate our operations based on the existingend-to-end trainingoperations. Youwill get tolearn and bring digital changesintheL&D functionand enhance the overall team’s working experience and efficiency tocoordinateprogrammes, manage data, andenhancementthe learning experience for employees.
L&D Technology & Projects
Support implementation andoptimisationof L&D technology solutions (e.g.Learning Management Systems, digital learningplatformsand tools)
Participate in L&D tech-related projects, including process improvements and automation initiatives
Execute GenAI solutions to daily operations within the department and with the benefitsimpactingfirmwide.
Compile andanalyseusage and engagement data toidentifytrends and opportunities to enhance learning solutions
Work on documentation, workflows and troubleshooting related to L&D technologies
Data & Reporting
Assistin preparing management and training reports (e.g.attendance, feedback, completion rates)
Handle, manipulate andanalysetraining-related data responsibly
Helpmonitorlearning metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement
Team & Project Support
Provide ad hoc support to the L&D team on various projects and initiatives
Contribute ideas to enhance learner engagement andprogrammeeffectiveness
Participate in internal meetings and discussions as a learning opportunity
What we are looking for:
Students currently pursuing aBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines are preferred.
A strong interest in process automation, HR technology, digital transformationor low-code development.
Experience or coursework in Microsoft Power Automate development, with a basic understanding of logic-based automation such as triggers, conditionsand loops.
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think logically and approach challenges in a structured way.
Good communicationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
A proactive mindset, with eagerness to learn and explore new tools and technologies independently.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to document work clearly and accurately.
Basic familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, SharePointor Teams will be advantageous.
Basic coding knowledge in languages such as JavaScript or HTML will be an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
