As a Salesforce Technical Lead/Manager in Managed services you will lead client support work centered on Salesforce consulting, helping shape implementation, configuration, integration, and user support activities that improve operational efficiency and support business objectives within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will guide teams, coach junior staff, and lead project workstreams with accountability for timelines, quality, and client expectations while using sound judgment to navigate complex delivery needs. In this role at PwC, you will draw on Salesforce consulting skills across a range of applications, review technical deliverables, and support training and adoption efforts that help clients make effective use of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Leading Salesforce implementation and optimization workstreams across client engagements
- Managing project planning, budgeting, timelines, and deliverables for application lifecycle initiatives
- Guiding teams through requirements elicitation, solution design, configuration, and integration activities
- Reviewing technical deliverables for alignment with client objectives, system architecture, and delivery scope
- Coaching team members on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce Administration tasks
- Developing training materials and supporting user adoption for new and enhanced Salesforce solutions
- Analyzing business processes and system interactions to identify improvements in application performance
- Building client relationships and addressing issues that arise during implementation and support activities
- Applying project management methods and technology consulting skills to deliver Salesforce modernization and support services
- Identifying opportunities to use digital tooling, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled approaches in delivery
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
- Demonstrating Salesforce administration knowledge across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
- Leading Salesforce technical workstreams with client-facing delivery focus
- Translating business needs into Salesforce configuration and integration solutions
- Mentoring team members through review cycles and feedback
- Managing project planning, timelines, budgeting, and deliverables
