You’ll be joining our Oracle Consulting services team. As a Certified Oracle Cloud partner, we help our clients use Oracle’s technology and applications to build their digital enterprise on the cloud; transform business functions, including finance, supply chain, HR, and tax; achieve maximum value on their investment through Managed Cloud Services; and help them manage risk and ‘go live’ on time and on budget through Oracle Cloud Embedded Assurance.

You’ll be joining a team that’s rated by Gartner and IDC Marketspace as a Leader in several categories, including being positioned as a Leader in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Oracle Cloud Application Services, worldwide.

You’ll work with the latest technologies and big-name companies on projects that are driving the future of those organisations. Playing key roles on client engagements, assisting in creating new opportunities and contributing to knowledge sharing and the development of our people.

  • Owning the end-to-end business solution architecture across programmes, acting as the Design Authority for Finance and governing architectural decisions across functional, technical and cross-workstream teams.

  • Shaping business transformation strategies, operating models and roadmaps, translating business objectives into pragmatic solution architectures and implementation approaches.

  • Advising senior client stakeholders, including CFOs, CIO’s, HRD’s and programme sponsors, presenting architectural options, challenging thinking where appropriate and supporting executive decision-making.

  • Collaborating with functional, technical, integration, data, security and reporting teams to ensure a coherent, deliverable and integrated enterprise solution throughout the programme lifecycle.

  • Contributing to the growth of the Oracle practice by coaching architects and consultants, developing delivery assets and methodologies, supporting recruitment and capability development, and promoting innovation across the Oracle community.

  • Supporting clients in transforming their finance function through process standardisation, Target Operating Models, Shared Services, controls transformation and broader Digital back-office initiatives.

  • Providing independent design assurance, supporting programme mobilisation, delivery quality, solution governance and the successful implementation of complex Oracle Cloud Application programmes.

  • Contributing to business development activities, including client discovery, solution demonstrations, proposal development, RFP responses, client presentations and shaping new Oracle Cloud Application opportunities.

This role is for you if:

  • Experience governing Oracle Cloud Application solution architecture, applying design assurance and architectural controls across complex transformation programmes.

  • Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud configuration principles, quarterly release management, security, reporting and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Experience applying Oracle's latest innovations, including AI, Redwood, automation and analytics, to deliver measurable business value

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COO’s, HRD’s and senior stakeholders, influencing strategic decisions and translating complex architectural concepts into clear business outcomes.
