Pricefxconfiguration &technicalownership

• LeadandreviewPricefxconfigurationusingGroovyscriptingtoimplementcomplex pricing logic, workflows, validations, calculations, and UI behaviors.

• Ownsolutiondesignfor price lists, discount structures,approvalflows,rebate agreements, and pricing governance constructs.

• Own and maintainCI pipelines for Pricefxconfiguration artifacts (scripts/logic, packageableconfiguration,integrationtemplates)andforanyrelatedintegration services.

• Design scalable, high-performance calculation logic (header/line-level execution, validity management, performance tuning).

• Establish reusable components, accelerators, and configuration standards to improve maintainability and delivery speed.

AI-enabledpricing&analyticsenablement

• ShapeandembedAI-assistedpricingusecasessuchas:

• intelligentdeal guidancewithindefinedapproval guardrails

• anomalydetectiononpricechangesandmarginleakage

• segmentation-drivendiscountingandelasticity signals

• compliancealertsandexceptionmonitoring

• Guideimplementation ofpricingKPIsincludingmarginwaterfall,realizedprice,win-rate vs discount, price variance, and rebate effectiveness.

• Ensureexplainability,governance,andauditabilityofAI-drivenoutputswithin pricingworkflows.

Deliveryleadership

• LeadaPricefxconfigurationworkstreamorsmallteam(3-8members).

• Owntechnicaldesigndecisionsandmanagecomplexconfigurationdependencies.

• Translatefunctionalrequirementsintotechnicaldesignanddeliverybacklog.

• Drivesprintplanning,defecttriage,SIT/UATreadiness,releasegovernance,and hypercaresupport.

• Managetechnicalrisks,performanceissues,andintegrationdependencies.

Data&integrationcollaboration

• Workwithintegration/datateamsonERP/CRM/CPQinterfaces,ensuringcorrect mappings, validations, and reconciliation controls.

• Oversee data quality checks for price lists, customer/product hierarchies, agreements, and rebate datasets.

• Validateend-to-enddataintegrityacrossinboundandoutboundinterfaces.

Documentation&quality

• Produceandreviewconfigurationdesigndocuments,Groovylogicnotes, deployment guides, and runbooks.

• Conductcode/configurationreviewsandenforcesecureengineeringpractices.

• Establishqualitygatesandreviewstandardsacrosstheconfigurationteam.

Level-specific expectations Solution Architect :

• Mentor Senior Associates and Associates; enforce coding standards and delivery discipline.

• Act as primarytechnical escalation pointfor configuration and integration challenges.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across sales, finance, revenue management, and IT.

• Lead executive-level discussions, providing insights on Pricefxsolutions, process redesign, and product enablement.

• Ensure strong relationships through transparent communication, deliveryexcellence, and proactive issueof resolution.

Must Have:

• 8-12 years of experience

• Hands-onPricefximplementationexperiencewithconfigurationownership.

• StrongproficiencyinGroovyscriptingwithdemonstrateddeliveryofpricinglogicin enterpriseenvironments.

• Hands-onfamiliaritywithatleastoneCI/CDplatform(Jenkins,GitHubActions, GitLab CI/CD, AzurePipelines, or CircleCI) and pipeline-as-codepractices.

• Solid understanding of pricing concepts: price lists, discount governance, segmentation, approvalworkflows, rebates/incentives.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (functional, data/integration, QA, release).

• Strongtroubleshootingandproblem-solvingcapability.

• Bachelor’sdegreeminimum(Engineering/CS/ITpreferred).

Good to have:

• ExperiencewithpricinganalyticsandKPIframeworks(marginleakage,price realization, deal performance).

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts in commercial analytics (forecasting, anomaly detection, segmentation, elasticity).

• Familiaritywithintegrationpatterns,APIs,anddatapipelines.

• Agile/Scrumdeliveryexperience;toolssuchasJira/AzureDevOps.
