As a Workday HCM- Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for Workday human capital management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications. This role is integral to enabling clients to optimize their human resources processes and enhance talent management within our Digital Core Modernisation network.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will leverage your skills to provide consulting services that help clients achieve their strategic objectives. Your work will be crucial in helping clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve seamless integration of business applications.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions effectively

- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Workday HCM applications

- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies

- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations

- Managing and inspiring teams to deliver quality work and build meaningful client connections

- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills

- Developing a deeper understanding of business context and adapting to changing needs

- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with the firm's code of conduct

- Utilizing business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency

- Engaging in strategic human resource planning to support client objectives

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree

- At least 4 years of experience

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
