our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experiencedBlower Operator to work in Thika, Kenya

Job Summary

The Blower Operator will play a crucial role assisting in

maintaining accurate records of machine performance log sheets and daily

machine AM activities. This role involves being present continuously at the

assigned machine/equipment and ensuring uninterrupted production process flow.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Monitoring machine/equipment performance

and recording output on an hourly basis.

·Participate in daily machine autonomous

maintenance before starting shift.

·Update assigned machine log sheets on

hourly basis

·Escalate/report to immediate supervisor on

any machine breakdown.

·Participate in machine breakdown analysis

sessions led by the line shift team leader or Line technician.

·Observe all set safety regulations for a

safe working environment based on production requirements.

·Liaise with the quality team to ensure

production of quality products and be able to raise any non-conformance noticed

during the production process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:

·Diploma or degree in Electrical/Mechanical

Engineering.

·3 Years minimum

experience in manufacturing Industries

·At least 3 years of experience in a

Beverage production environment is an added advantage.

·Strong knowledge of beverage production

processes and equipment.

·Strong analytical/Troubleshooting skills.

·Familiarity with food safety and quality

control systems

·Excellent communication skills.

·Ability to work in a fast-paced

environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
