At Qantas, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for a passionate and strategicProduct Manager, Accessibility to drive meaningful change for customers with disability and accessibility needs.

Sitting within Customer Care and Recovery, you'll own and deliver the accessibility roadmap across the Qantas Group. You'll lead initiatives that improve accessibility outcomes for customers while helping shape the implementation of the Aviation Disability Standards.

Working across Airports, Digital, Customer Experience, Contact Centres and Customer Operations, you'll influence strategic decisions, drive accessibility improvements and embed inclusive design into broader transformation programs. You'll also partner with customers, advocacy groups and government stakeholders to help shape future accessibility priorities and promote leading practice across the aviation sector.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of accessible aviation and deliver lasting change for customers across the Qantas Group.

You'll bring

  • 5+ years' experience in product ownership, program delivery, project leadership or continuous improvement within complex organisations.
  • Experience within accessibility, disability, allied health, public health or a related environment, with a strong understanding of accessibility needs and outcomes.
  • Proven success delivering large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive outcomes without direct authority.
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects from strategy through to implementation, governance and benefits realisation.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate customer insights into meaningful improvements.
  • Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting recommendations, business cases and proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer outcomes and creating more inclusive travel experiences.
