Primary Purpose of the Job

To lead and supervise offshore well intervention and rig-less well services operations, ensuring all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with QatarEnergy standards, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives. The role is responsible for overseeing complex well intervention activities across offshore assets, managing contractor performance, mitigating operational and HSE risks, optimizing well productivity and integrity, and delivering cost-effective outcomes while supporting technical excellence and the development of national talent.

Required Experience and Skills

At least 10 years' experience in well services related activities (Slickline, Logging, Well Integrity, Well testing, Stimulation, Coiled Tubing, etc.).
Experience with H2S & CO2 operations.
Fluent in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
Knowledge of computer programs (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Outlook).
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Commitment and passion for managing HSE.
Ability to make operational decisions based on analytical problem solving.

Educational Qualifications

BSc. in an engineering discipline (Preference for Petroleum Engineering)

At least 10 years' experience in well services related activities (Slickline, Logging, Well Integrity, Well testing, Stimulation, Coiled Tubing, etc.).
Experience with H2S & CO2 operations.
Fluent in English (demonstrated verbal and written skills).
Knowledge of computer programs (Excel-Word-PowerPoint-Outlook).

Commitment and passion for managing HSE.
Ability to make operational decisions based on analytical problem solving.
