To support our teams to expand our services and offerings within Spain, we are looking for a Human Resources Traineewith a strong orientation to detail and internal client.

What you’ll be doing
Support in the definition and description of the company's profiles
Publication of job vacancies and CV screening
Contacting and checking candidates by phone, personal interviews and placement tests
Support in the direct search for international profiles
Database management and follow-up of vacancies
Support in onboarding and monitoring the first months of new employees in the company
Support in the management of the training of our employees and associates
Support in the quality area of the HR department in Barcelona
What you bring
Degree in Psychology, Law, Labour Relations (completed or in process). Postgraduate degree in HR desirable.
Minimum level of English C1
Ability to organise and be autonomous
Motivation, enthusiasm and positive attitude
Must be able to sign a university agreement
