Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of commissioning activities for mission-critical facility systems, ensuring safe and successful project delivery.Manage multidisciplinary commissioning teams, contractors, and vendors to oversee system testing, issue resolution, and schedule adherence.Develop and review commissioning plans, procedures, test scripts, and turnover documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.Provide regular progress updates, risk assessments, and technical leadership to project stakeholders while driving successful system handover and operational readiness.
Experience required:
Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on data centre, mission-critical, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or large-scale industrial projects.Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, and integrated building systems, including testing and startup methodologies.Demonstrated ability to lead commissioning teams, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and manage commissioning schedules in fast-paced construction environments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with experience delivering complex projects through to client handover.
