Electrical Construction Manager - Eastern Germany - Initial 6-Month Contract - Data Centres & Advanced Manufacturing Are you an Electrical Construction Manager looking for your next contract role? We have an exciting opportunity for you to support an advanced manufacturing facilities provider based in eastern Germany, on an initial 6-month contract. Our client delivers cutting-edge projects for data centres worldwide. This is your chance to support an innovative, market-leading company as an Electrical Construction Manager. What you’ll deliver:

Manage and coordinate electrical subcontractors on siteDrive programme progress and ensure key milestones are achievedOversee installation activities, delivery schedules, HSE compliance and quality performanceProduce daily and weekly progress reportsConduct site inspections, walk-downs and snagging reviewsSupport the wider project team to ensure safe and successful project delivery

Experience required:

Proven background as an Electrical Construction Manager on major industrial or mission-critical projectsStrong subcontractor management experienceExperience driving programme delivery in a fast-paced construction environmentGood understanding of health & safety and quality processesPrevious experience within semiconductor, data centre, pharmaceutical, manufacturing or similar complex projects would be advantageous
