Procurement and Contracts Manager

Lead procurement and contract management activities for a major laboratory and office fit-out project.Manage procurement activities from tender through to contract award and purchase order issuance.Manage existing consultancy, supplier and construction contracts.Coordinate and manage supplier NDAs and confidentiality agreements.Ensure contract documentation is accurately maintained and controlled.

Experience required:

Proven procurement and contract management experience within construction, fit-out or capital project environments.Demonstrable experience negotiating commercial agreements with suppliers and consultants.Excellent organisational skills, record keeping and document control capability.Laboratory, life sciences, pharmaceutical or R&D facility experience would be beneficial.Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts, including variations, instructions, amendments and delay notices.
