HSE Lead - US, North Carolina - Initial 18-Month Contract - Life Sciences Are you ready to make a real impact? Our client, a globally recognized leader in biotechnology, is hiring a HSE Lead on an initial 18 month contract. Known for their innovation and dedication to improving lives, they focus on tackling some of the most urgent medical challenges through cutting-edge science. This is a great chance to be part of a major East Coast project, helping to develop breakthrough treatments that make a real difference to people’s health worldwide. What you’ll deliver:

Provide day-to-day HSE leadership for capital construction projects, with an initial focus on a wastewater expansion project.Support project teams through planning, construction, commissioning, and project closeout activities.Lead contractor safety oversight and ensure compliance with site-specific safety requirements and industry regulations.Conduct field inspections, audits, risk assessments, and safety observations to identify and mitigate hazards.

Experience required:

Previous experience leading safety programs on wastewater treatment, utility, infrastructure, or process projects.Familiarity with large pharmaceutical campus capital programs.Capital project execution experience.Safety/EHS leadership experience.Lead-level capability
