Create and maintain the site-level Plan for Every Part (PFEP): supplier data, SAP bill-of-material and non-BOM items (reusable containers, pallets), and usage quantities and rates across the Leiden site.Keep the PFEP as a living document through project delivery and into operations, so flows stay balanced and within system capacity.Support system-level detailed design and the commissioning and qualification of material handling and automated storage equipment (AS/RS, conveyance).Support commercial product validation until the logistics system meets business requirements.
Experience required:
Undergraduate degree in Mechanical, Industrial or another relevant engineering discipline.Experience in logistics and supply chain engineering, gained in an industry with complex supply chains (automotive, pharma or medical devices).Knowledge of supply chain network modeling and analysis tools.Packaging engineering experience, including container and pallet specification for automated material handling equipment.
