Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams am Standort Berlin suchen wir Werkstudenten im Bereich IT (m/w/d).
Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Einrichtung von PC- und Notebook-Arbeitsplätzen inklusive Installation von Standardsoftware und Peripheriegeräten
- Erster Ansprechpartner für Anwender bei Hard- und Softwareproblemen, insbesondere rund um Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams)
- Annahme, Dokumentation und Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Ticketsystem sowie Weiterleitung komplexer Störungen an die IT-Administration
- Ausgabe, Rücknahme und Inventarisierung der IT-Hardware sowie Unterstützung beim On- und Offboarding von Mitarbeitenden
Deine Qualifikationen
- Eingeschriebenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare technische Fachrichtung
- Gute analytische Fähigkeiten, rasche Auffassungsgabe und Kreativität bei der Findung von Lösungsansätzen
- Belastbarkeit, Verlässlichkeit, Flexibilität und Loyalität
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365
